Four Victims Wounded at Howe Park Sacramento – Unauthorized Event Turns Violent
On the evening of Saturday April 18, an unlawful gathering of several hundred people at Howe Community Park in Sacramento in the Arden-Arcade area of Sacramento ended in a shooting when 20 to 25 rounds were discharged as Sacramento County Sheriff's Office deputies were actively removing people from the park.
